  • Carrier tracking number of damaged parcel

  • Purchase invoice for merchandise

  • Photos of the package as delivered :

    • damaged goods

    • of the inside of the package, showing internal protection and how the goods were secured

    • the outer packaging, one with the packing slip visible

  • Bank details

  • If the shipment was made in several packages, specify the dimensions and weight of the damaged package.

Mandatory reserves

The consignee or receiver must open the package upon arrival and issue immediate, significant and written reservations on the transport document upon delivery of the package

Amount of compensation for merchandise

33€/kilo, within the limit of the invoice sent, capped at 1000€/package
