My shipment is late. What shall I do?
If your parcel is delayed, first check whether the parcel tracking is interrupted or not. If your package has never had any movement for 72 hours, it's best to open a location inquiry (by contacting our customer service).
Generally speaking, you should know that:
Delivery times are expressed in working days (weekends and public holidays are not taken into account).
The time limit takes effect from the time the carrier picks up (e.g.: your time limit is 2 working days, if your package is picked up on Friday March 24, 2023 and is delivered on Tuesday March 28 at the latest, the time limit is respected!)
Carriers do everything in their power to meet the delivery deadlines they announce for all offers, whether guaranteed or not. Unfortunately, these commitments are not always respected;
Here are some examples of disruptions that could cause your delivery to be delayed :
Technical or mechanical problem with the carrier's infrastructure (agency, vehicle, etc.)
Accidents or road problems preventing timely connections between branches
Air delay, for shipments transiting by air
Weather
Social movement
⚠️ There are exceptional cases, in which the carrier cannot be held responsible for the delay: check that your shipment is not affected before making a request, for better processing of your request.
